Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns: You can return an item within 30 days of delivery of your order. All returns are subject to evaluation by Aloha Products USA. Please note that no return or exchange can be done if merchandise received by Aloha Products USA is not in original condition (worn, washed, damaged, stained, altered, missing/detached original tags and accessories, obvious signs of use). . Shipping fees are not refundable. Refunds are credited back to the same method of payment less a 15% restocking fee. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST SHIPMENTS BACK TO US, PLEASE USE A TRACKING NUMBER.
Jewelry Returns: All fine jewelry can be returned within 30 days for a full refund less a 15% restocking fee. The jewelry and display box must be in the original new condition, not worn out or scratched and have all the tags and documentation.
Exchanges: You can place a new order online and send the exchange back to us for credit. Re-shipping fees will be applied based on destination.
Order Cancelation: How do I cancel my order? If you order is pending shipment, just email us or call us to process the cancellation. If your order was shipped, we will process your order as an exchange or return. (954) 909-7552
